Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Virtual Online Recruiter to join our team on a commission-based pay structure. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates virtually, strong communication and networking skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through virtual networking and research
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients virtually
  • Source and recruit candidates through virtual platforms
  • Screen and interview candidates virtually
  • Match candidates with job openings and facilitate the hiring process
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients virtually
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in virtual recruiting
  • Meet or exceed recruitment targets

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in virtual recruiting and sourcing
  • Strong communication, networking and virtual interviewing skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets
  • Familiarity with virtual recruiting platforms and tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work remotely and on a commission-based pay structure
