Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Virtual Online Recruiter to join our team on a commission-based pay structure. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates virtually, strong communication and networking skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through virtual networking and research
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients virtually
- Source and recruit candidates through virtual platforms
- Screen and interview candidates virtually
- Match candidates with job openings and facilitate the hiring process
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients virtually
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in virtual recruiting
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in virtual recruiting and sourcing
- Strong communication, networking and virtual interviewing skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets
- Familiarity with virtual recruiting platforms and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work remotely and on a commission-based pay structure
