Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing social media strategies and content for multiple clients across various channels, they should have experience in managing social media content for multiple clients, deep knowledge of current and emerging social media platforms, ability to create high-quality and engaging media content, as well as strong project management, communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies and content for multiple clients across various channels
- Plan, strategize and manage individual projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting objectives
- Utilize social media publishing and monitoring tools to distribute content effectively and track campaign performance
- Contribute to the company’s own social media platforms as a primary writer and strategist
- Educate clients on social media opportunities and integrated campaigns
- Pitch and communicate social media ideas and best practices to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and tailor strategies to align with clients’ goals
- Prepare internal and client-facing reporting documents that illustrate return on investment and highlight key success metrics
- Facilitate internal collaborations and effective communication with clients
- Keep abreast of social media trends and updates to adapt strategies and tactics
